The Misspents are a very experienced live-band who have been playing together for over ten years.  We are highly acclaimed for creating the fabulous sounds of the 50’s & 60s using our period equipment including Hofner Violin (Beatle) Bass and Rickenbacker guitars.  As well as vocal numbers with strong harmonies and harmonica parts, we play a good selection of classic instrumentals including Walk Don’t Run by The Ventures and Wipe Out by the Surfaris.

We have all the band equipment needed for your event including stage lighting and background music for intervals.   We are accommodating as we are keen for your event to go well.   If you want something special, just ask.

Our equipment is compact, high performance and perfect for small/medium size venues.  We are happy for you to make announcements and speeches or play your wedding, birthday or anniversary compilation cd/ipod mix through our speakers, by prior arrangement.

Our dress is of the period and we never use backing tracks - It really is us singing and playing at all times.

We are not a loud band.
